Reviews for our workshop team
Schools that have already booked
“A great workshop. Fantastic resources and Chris was great with the children. They were engaged throughout and talked about it for ages afterwards. This is the third time we have used them and they never disappoint!”
Julie Gill “Fantastic workshops for primary school children - the facilitators Emma for African drumming and Naomi for dance workshops were friendly, skilled and provided a very enjoyable experience for the children. Thank you!”
Aleksandra Dass “We have had a number of experiences from the Education Group and are always impressed by the quality of the workshops. We return to them time after time because we know that the planning, content and age-appropriateness of their sessions are absolutely right for the children.”
Kate Baguley “Our infant school aged pupils enjoyed the Maypole experience and were amazed to see the maypole in the middle of their playground. The teacher was fantastic with our young children and we all managed to come away from our sessions feeling we had learnt something rather wonderful!”
St Peter's “Highly recommend the African mask workshop! It's one of the highlights of the Year 5 calendar. Well worth every penny”
Joanne Netto “What a great experience for the children! Ivan was amazing at keeping their interest and making the drumming session as active and exciting as possible.”

Before you ask
Booking questions
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can, especially for October and December — Black History Month and Christmas fill up first, so early September and mid-November respectively are sensible cut-offs. Diwali, Chinese New Year and Holi follow the lunar calendar, so this year's dates shift; we'll confirm them when we reply. If your date is close, still ask — we'll tell you straight away whether it's possible.
Do you cover our area?
We work with nurseries and primary schools across England and Wales. Whether we can reach you on a particular date depends on where our facilitators already are that week, so tell us your postcode in the form and we'll confirm when we reply rather than guess here.
What do you need from us on the day?
A space big enough for the group — a hall for an assembly, or a classroom per session — and a member of staff present throughout, as we don't take sole charge of pupils. Anything else, such as a projector, tables for objects, or access for setting up, is confirmed in the pre-visit briefing so nothing is a surprise on the morning.
How does invoicing work?
We invoice the school 30 days before the workshop date. Changes can be made leading up to the workshop date including additional classes or the damage waiver.
Something not covered here? Add it to the "anything else" box above and we'll answer it in our reply.
