Terms & conditions
The terms that apply to every workshop booking — what we provide, what your school provides, and what happens if a date changes.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Education Group workshop bookings, including those provided by School Culture Days.
These terms and conditions apply to all supplies of the services by the Supplier and supersede any previous terms and conditions.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
- “Client” means the school or organisation to whom the Supplier has agreed to provide specified service in accordance with these Conditions.
- “Contract” means the contract for the provision of the Specified Service as set out in the Specification and these Conditions.
- “Equipment” any equipment provided by the Supplier for any Specified Service.
- “Supplier” means Education Group Ltd (trading as School Culture Days), Venture Court, 2 Debdale Road, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, England, NN8 5AA.
2. Provision of Services
2.1 The Supplier shall provide the Specified Service to the Client subject to these Conditions.
2.2 The Supplier may at any time without notifying the Client make any changes to the Specified Service which are necessary to comply with any applicable safety or other statutory requirements, or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the service.
3. Fees and Charges
The Supplier shall be entitled to vary the agreed fees from time to time by giving not less than three months written notice to the Client.
All fees quoted are exclusive of VAT, for which the Client shall be additionally liable.
Fees shall be paid by the Client within 30 days of the date of the Supplier's invoice.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Supplier shall be entitled to charge interest at the rate of 2% above the base rate of NatWest Bank plc.
The Client shall be responsible for any loss or damage to any of the Equipment during the provision of a Specified Service.
4. Cancellation
4.1 Cancellation requests must be received in writing at least 28 days prior to the date the Specified Service was to be provided.
4.2 On any cancellation in accordance with clause 4.1, the Client shall be liable for a cancellation fee of 60% of the total fee.
4.3 The Client shall be liable for a cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee if cancelled less than 28 days before the date.
5. Warranties and Liabilities
5.1 The Supplier warrants to the Client that the Specified Service will be provided using reasonable care and skill.
5.2 Except in respect of personal injury caused by the Supplier's negligence, the Supplier shall not be liable for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss.
6. General
6.1 Any postponement agreed between the Supplier and the Client will incur a £80.00 administration fee.
6.2 The Contract shall be governed by the laws of England.
7. Special Conditions
- Workshops are for a maximum of 30 children and a minimum of 12 children.
- It is the responsibility of the Client to provide an appropriate space for the Workshop.
- Ensure that there is at least one nominated representative of the Client in the session at all times.
- Provide a suitable sound system for all dance related Workshops.
- Provide chairs for African drumming and percussion Workshops.
- Provide tables and chairs for all craft and art based Workshops.
