“The facilitator arrived early, set up without any fuss, and had 180 children completely absorbed for the whole assembly. Staff were still talking about it in the staff room a week later.”
Rachel HughesDeputy Head, primary school in Gloucestershire “Honest, age-appropriate and properly researched. It gave our Year 5s real history rather than a token mention, and the follow-up resources meant we could keep going with it in class.”
Daniel OkaforYear 5 Teacher, primary school in Bristol “Booking took one email. Risk assessment and DBS certificates came through the same day, which made signing it off with our office genuinely painless.”
Sarah WhitfieldSchool Business Manager, Wiltshire “The colour session was the highlight of the whole term. Messy in the best way, and they had the playground spotless before the bell. Already booked for next year.”
Priya RamanAssistant Head, primary school in Swindon “We have children from nineteen different home languages and this session made every one of them feel seen. Parents commented on it at pick-up.”
Tom ElleryHeadteacher, primary school in Oxfordshire “Adapted brilliantly on the day when we had to move indoors. Calm, flexible, and clearly very used to working with large groups of excited children.”

Before you ask
Booking questions
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can, especially for October and December — Black History Month and Christmas fill up first, so early September and mid-November respectively are sensible cut-offs. Diwali, Chinese New Year and Holi follow the lunar calendar, so this year's dates shift; we'll confirm them when we reply. If your date is close, still ask — we'll tell you straight away whether it's possible.
Do you cover our area?
We work with primary and secondary schools across the UK. Whether we can reach you on a particular date depends on where our facilitators already are that week, so tell us your postcode in the form and we'll confirm when we reply rather than guess here.
What do you need from us on the day?
A space big enough for the group — a hall for an assembly, or a classroom per session — and a member of staff present throughout, as we don't take sole charge of pupils. Anything else, such as a projector, tables for objects, or access for setting up, is confirmed in the pre-visit briefing so nothing is a surprise on the morning.
How does invoicing work?
We invoice the school rather than asking for card payment, and we can quote against a purchase order if your finance office needs one. Exact costs depend on the format and number of sessions, so we'll set them out in writing with your confirmed date — no charge is ever added after the fact.
Something not covered here? Add it to the "anything else" box above and we'll answer it in our reply.
